• The cost of shipping varies depending of the chosen shipping method and your residence.

• The shipping costs also include a handling fee of 10 EUR, which covers our expenses for handling, packing, packing materials and invoicing your order. Thanks to this handling fee the prices are competitive and there is no minimum order amount. The handling fee is already included in the "shipping costs".

• The differences between shipping methods are mainly the speed and the costs. The regular "La Poste" ground mail is the least expensive in all cases, although a shipment to the United States or Japan can take three to five weeks.

• An error in the address must be reported to us as soon as the confirmation e-mail is received. All mistakes due to the customer that cause a shipment to be undeliverable will be billed to the customer prior to the second shipment.

• The goods are shipped at the risk of the customer. We strongly advise you to choose priority mail, because it includes an insurance. If you dont insure your shipment, you will only receive the standard contractal compensation incase of breakage or loss of the shipment.

• Risk of breakage: The goods are carefully packaged having in mind a rough shipment by mail and should not break while shipped. If however,  if the goods arrive damaged and if you didn't choose a shipping method including an insurance, then you will only be entitled to receive the standard contractual compensation form the transport company.

• The goods are shipped from Quimper, France, free from any local french and european taxes. Any additional taxes specific to your country relative to importation of goods into your country are at your expense. Please check importation rules at your customs office.

• The goods are checked before shipping. If inspite of our vigilance we did not notice an unusual flaw, please send us the piece back and it will be replaced without additional costs. However, the shipping back to us is still at your expense.

• Unusual flaw: all our pieces are hand-made, which implies that there are some small differences from one to another. These small differences are not flaws. A flaw hinders the normal use of the object or strongly impairs its overall aspect. Some examples of flaws: cracks, spots without glaze, notches, color smudges, cover not fitting.

• Our products follow european regulations, and are sold "as is". Particularly the electric equipment mounted on our lamps is intended for use according to european regulations. It is however easy to adapt another electric equipment to the lamps, but at the risk of the customer.
